Verbs are one of the most important ingredients in an impactful résumé. They instantly paint a picture for hiring managers of who you are, what you're capable of, and how you behave in the workplace. They instill a sense of work ethic and hustle—or lack there of. Are you someone who assists? Or someone who helps another person complete tasks? Do you own responsibility? Do you manage?
