Donald Trump is often his own worst enemy.
Just hours after Donald cancelled his rally in Chicago on Friday, the presidential hopeful spoke to CNN reporter Don Lemon about his violent and tense events.
Over the past few months, observers, reporters, and protesters have encountered extremely aggressive threats from Trump and his supporters at political events… a trend that’s deeply disturbing. The worse part is that the situation is escalating and becoming worse.
The only person who isn’t troubled is the mogul himself, who told Don he thought the aggression was a result of a “larger economic problem” and not because of his rhetoric. The hot head also went on to argue:
“I don’t have regrets. These were very, very bad protesters. These were bad dudes. They were rough, tough guys.”
Well, we think D.T.’s past comments speaks for itself… check out his history of making violent comments (below)!
When asked how he would handle Black Lives Matter protesters at his rallies, the businessman replied:
“I don’t know if I’ll do the fighting myself or if other people will.”
In an interview with Fox News regarding ISIS:
“The other thing with the terrorists is you have to take out their families, when you get these terrorists, you have to take out their families. They care about their lives, don’t kid yourself. When they say they don’t care about their lives, you have to take out their families.”
At a campaign rally in Iowa:
“I could stand in the middle of 5th Avenue and shoot somebody and I wouldn’t lose voters.”
At another really in Iowa:
“There may be somebody with tomatoes in the audience. f you see somebody getting ready to throw a tomato, knock the crap out of them, would you? Seriously. Okay? Just knock the hell — I promise you, I will pay for the legal fees.”
Addressing a protester at a rally in Nevada, the orange man declared:
“I’d like to punch him in the face… You know what I hate? There’s a guy totally disruptive, throwing punches, we’re not allowed to punch back anymore. I love the ol’ days. You know what they used to do to guys like that when they were in a place like this? They’d be carried out on a stretcher, folks.”
When questioned on his supporters’ acts of violence, Trump responded:
“…And that’s what we need a little bit more of.”
Very inneresting stuff, to say the least.
So, do YOU think Donald inspires violence?
